Third-Party AI Services
We work with the following third-party AI service providers. Depending on which app you use, some or all of these providers may receive your data:

OpenAI
May receive messages, writing samples, conversation history, and profile information to generate AI responses tailored to a person’s writing style or context. May also receive message content for safety moderation via OpenAI’s Moderation API.

Voice Synthesis Services (e.g., Chatterbox)
For apps with voice features, may receive voice audio samples and text content to synthesize or recreate a person’s voice.

How Third-Party AI Services Use Your Data
Your data is shared with these providers solely to power in-app features. Specifically, it is used for:

Generating conversational AI responses that match a person’s writing style or context
Recreating or synthesizing a person’s voice from audio samples (where applicable)
Moderating message content for safety purposes

Important Commitments Regarding AI Data

All data transmitted to third-party AI providers is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your data is not used to train third-party AI models. We use these services in a manner that prevents your data from being used for model training.
Each third-party provider we work with provides data protection standards equivalent to or greater than our own.
You can delete your data — including voice profiles, writing samples, and conversation history — at any time from within the app. See Section 7 (“Your Choices”) for more details.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share non-personal or aggregated information with third parties for analytics or service improvement.
